Ingredients
2 oz ground turkey
1 tbsp chopped spinach
1 tbsp whipped topping
2 eggs
2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
How to Prepare:
1. Take a skillet pan, place it over medium heat, add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes until cooked through.
2. Meanwhile, crack eggs in a bowl, add whipped topping and spinach and whisk until combined.
3. When the meat is cooked, transfer it to a plate, then switch heat to the low level and pour in the egg mixture.
4. Cook the eggs for 3 minutes until the bottom is firm, then flip it and cook for 3 minutes until the omelet is firmed, covering the pan.
5. Sprinkle cheese on the omelet, cook for 1 minute until cheese has melted, and then slide omelet to a plate.
6. Spread ground meat on the omelet, roll it, then cut it in half and serve
